The case of an assault against a young Christian by a homosexual in San Francisco is garnering national headlines.
On November 14, Promised Land Fellowship church sent 13 members to the Castro District of San Francisco, a neighborhood known for its large homosexual population. The young people gathered at a street corner, joined hands, and began singing "Amazing Grace."
During an interview on Fox network's The O'Reilly Factor, Christine Cloud described the group's intentions. "We are not trying to convert gay people into straight people, but we are down there telling them about Jesus Christ in hopes that they would have that revelation," she explains.
Cloud says an angry homosexual grabbed her Bible. She then describes what happened when she asked the man to return it. "And he turned around, and he said no, and he hit me upside the head with the Bible, knocking me to the ground, and began to kick my legs," she recounts.
The police were nearby, according to Cloud, and they sprang into action. "The police took him into custody, and they came up to me and they asked me if I wanted to press charges against this man, and I said, 'No, tell him that I forgive him,'" she notes.

A Christian lawyer says the Miami judge who has ruled against Florida's ban on homosexual adoption should run for the legislature if she wants to practice activism.
Mat Staver, founder of Liberty Counsel and Dean of Liberty University School of Law takes issue with Miami-Dade Circuit Court Judge Cindy Lederman. "In the short-term, this judge's ruling is merely a tempest in a teapot, but in the long-term, it means nothing," he contends. "The courts will clearly overturn this judge's ruling on appeal. This law has previously been challenged and upheld by both the state and federal appeals courts."

Lederman's ruling will allow Martin Gill, a 47-year-old homosexual, to adopt two young brothers who have been his foster children since 2004. Staver calls Lederman an activist judge and notes that he and others are getting fed up with her type.

"This judge is merely an ideological activist, and ideological activists have no reason to don a black robe and sit behind a bench and pontificate. This judge's decision should be overturned, and moreover, this judge should be voted out of office," he adds. "We don't need activist judges. Florida state attorneys plan to appeal the ruling, which will ultimately decide what happens to the ban, which has existed since 1977.

DO JUSTICE NOT ACTIVISM. JUDGES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE SIDES BUT ONLY GO WITH FACTS WHETHER THEY LIKE IT OR NOT. WHAT PART OF THIS DO THESE ACTIVIST JUDGES DO NOT UNDERSTAND?
Personally I take these homosexual activism very serious being a child molest victim of the perverted at a young age as well as a teen as well. All that was not truly my fault accept for my rebellious side and or putting myself in the wrong place at the wrong time. But I still was taken advantage of against my will which I pray no one reading this ever has to go through this at all. And if you did I pray my commentary helps you in the LORD teaching you how to overcome your victimization and or rape.
I am also taking this personally that this is even in our courts of law. I have a Son I am trying to get from a court that ruled against me in favor of a same sex couple.
And I did nothing to get my son taken from me. I found out I was a father and stepped up to take responsibility for my flesh and blood which should automatically by LAW be turned of to the next of KIN but this didn't happen because of this perverted activism.
But I still am amazed and blown away as to the continuous efforts (forgive me) these PERVERTS in all positions in the public eye of life striving to force these unnatural acts to the point of not allowing true justice to reign and falsifying justice especially perverting justice because of ones own activism feelings instead allowing the LAW speak for itself in nature, human law. scientific law or GOD's LAW which are all HIS law which is their duty and oath to the Constitution as it speaks for itself. There is no need of interpretation. As I have heard from one of our nations Supreme Court Justice's Scalia and Thomas, The Constitution speaks loud and clear for itself. It need no interpretation. I whole heartily agree. These Activist's want to change it because the US Constitution exposes their sins and shows their sins true colors and they know it. (Read Romans 1:18-32)
Some will say that I am an activist for this very blog in which I in tune correct them and say I do not need to be an activist but I just obey GOD's LAW and in no need of activism. GOD Truth speaks for HIMSELF and does not need my activism. I just stand on HIS WORD and WARN which has nothing to do with activism. If you see someone crossing the street and is ready to be hit by a BUS would you be an activist or just plain and simply warn them or pull them out of the way?

. . . . Soon after G. W. Bush was elected, it quickly became obvious he was no conservative. On the contrary, George Bush has forever established himself as a Big-Government, warmongering, internationalist neocon. Making matters worse was the way Bush presented himself as a conservative Christian . . . .
For example, Bush and his fellow neocons like to categorize and promote themselves as being "pro-life," but they have no hesitation or reservation about killing hundreds of thousands of innocent people in reckless and unconstitutional foreign wars. By the same token, how many unborn babies were saved by six years of all three branches of the federal government being under the control of these "pro-life" neocons? Not one! Ask the more than eight million unborn babies who were killed in their mothers' wombs during the last eight years how "pro-life" George W. Bush and John McCain are.
As a result of this insanely inconsistent and pixilated punditry, millions of Americans now laugh at the very notion of "pro-life" conservatism. Bush and McCain have made a mockery of the very term . . . .
. . . [The] worst calamity of this election was the way conservatives - especially Christian conservatives - surrendered their principles for the sake of political partisanship. The James Dobsons of this country should hang their heads in shame! Not only did they lose an election, they lost their integrity! . . . .
Across the country, rather than stand on principle, hundreds of thousands of pastors, Christians, and pro-life conservatives capitulated and groveled before John McCain's neocon agenda. In doing so, they forfeited any claim to truth, and they abandoned any and all fidelity to constitutional government. They should rip the stories of Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego out of their Bibles. They should never again tell their children, parishioners, and radio audiences the importance of standing for truth and principle. They have made a mockery of Christian virtue. No wonder a majority of the voting electorate laughs at us Christians . . . .
Again, it wasn't Barack Obama who destroyed conservatism; it was George W. Bush, John McCain, and the millions of evangelical Christians who supported them. And until conservatives find their backbone and their convictions, they deserve to remain a burnt-out, has-been political force. They have no one to blame but themselves . . . .
. . . Without a sincere commitment to constitutional government, the GOP has no justifiable reason to ever govern again . . . Let a new entity arise from the ashes: one that will stand for something more than just "the lesser of two evils."

Since when do True Christian's actually threaten the wicked in the world ever by taking matters into their own hands and threatening with violent words to whatever causes? I know some Pro-life groupies have in the past by threatening Doctor's who work for the Molech groups by doing the inhumane acts. But that is not what A True Believer does. A True believer stands on the Truth no matter what and as the Brave soldiers singing worship songs to Pray for the city of San Francisco who just walked away ignoring the death threats, the minor assaults, verbal abused etc. this how Christians exercise Amendment 1 of the Constitution. With prayer for those Condemned already in their sins and trespasses. So we see the true wickedness of those who are trying so hard to go against nature, to play PRETEND and live in their perversion imaginations instead of just surrendering to the TRUTH. Sparks fly as 'gay' activist mob swarms Christians

Hundreds of homosexual activists rushed out of bars and swarmed a group of Christians who were singing songs in San Francisco's Castro District – and some even threatened to kill the worshippers.
A group of Christians had been singing and praying in the "gay" district for several days, but they never expected an angry mob would run them out. However, that's what happened Friday night.
One woman who was attacked told her story with Pastor Lou Engle at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City. She said the group's fellowship had been peaceful for several nights before the riot.
"People would come stand with us and join us," she said. "We got to pray for some people."
But then angry men began yelling profanities and warning the Christians to leave the district.

One asked, "Why are you here?"
The leader of the group said, "We're here to worship God, and we're here because we love you."
A group of men approached the Christians and covered them with a large cloth, backing them into a corner. Then the angry mob began swearing and growing larger. The bars began emptying out, and a crowd completely surrounded the Christians.
The worship group began singing "Amazing Grace," while an estimated 500 "gay" advocates sang, "We Shall Overcome."
The woman said she and her friend were doused with hot coffee. One man took a Bible from her friend, hit her on the head with it, pushed her to the ground and began kicking her. People began lunging at the Christian group, blowing whistles in their ears.
"They started saying, 'We're going to kill you,'" she said. "They started taking our pictures and saying, 'We're going to kill you. We know who you are."

Then she said a man jumped through the crowd and pushed her forehead.
Just then, a squad of police officers arrived in riot gear, surrounding the Christians and forming a protective human wall.
She said the police told them, "You have to leave if you want to make it out."
When the group continued praying, an officer came back and said, "You don't have a choice anymore. We're going to escort you out."
The officers then took the Christians to their cars. The angry mob began lunging at them through the riot gear and chanting "Shame on you!"
Some yelled, "We are going to follow you all the way home!" Others called the Christians "hypocrites."
One man screamed into a camera, "We don't ever want them coming back. Do you understand that, other Christians? Do you understand that, other Mormons? I'm talking to you, people. Yeah, you. Stay out of our neighborhood if you don't like us. Leave us alone!"

"We hadn't preached," she said. "We hadn't evangelized. We worshipped God in peace, and we were about to die for it."
"Their rights were respected," Joe Schmitz, an opponent of Prop. 8, told San Francisco's KTVU Channel 2. "They got a chance to go ahead and pray on the sidewalk, and I had the opportunity to express my freedom of speech, which is telling them to get out of my neighborhood."
The following day, approximately 20,000 people marched in San Francisco to protest passage of California's Proposition 8 protecting traditional marriage. Several thousand people conducted other protests around the nation in cities such as Manhattan, Chicago and Los Angeles. According to reports, many protesters feeling emboldened by the recent election chanted, "Yes we can!" – a slogan popularized by the Barack Obama campaign.

The war against passage of Proposition 8, the constitutional amendment that California voters approved to protect traditional marriage, continues.
PJI Homosexual activists have taken the case back to the courts to try to overturn the vote. Filing a brief supporting homosexual marriage are the California Council of Churches and the Episcopal bishops of Northern California and Los Angeles. Brad Dacus of Pacific Justice Institute (PJI) says the people who support same-sex marriage believe if voters are permitted to take away rights from a group based on sexual orientation, the same could happen to religious groups.

The opponents against all the Amendments in favor of protecting Marriage between a MAN and a WOMAN and the ones in California who refuse to allow the American system be the American system seem to imitate the same behavior of what JESUS taught about Sodom and Gomorrah and the days of Noah. In the Bible it clarifies as to those same perverted behaviors wanting to have intercourse with the angels who seem to be in human form as to how these sickening behaviors these sinners so grotesquely became in their sin that they even engage into something so profain in the presence of the objects of GOD holiness that it is a no wonder that GOD reign the judgment with fire and brimstone on that city because of their protests against those that represented righteousness in Lot's household. Lot pleaded with them that they did not want to basically mess with these Moral men but they ignored the TRUTH and they tried to storm through Lot's house in spite of the warnings. And the rest of the story tells how they were blinded so terribly but continued to pursue in the midst of their wickedness and then the judgments came with Lot and His family barey escaping.
And today God is still showing common grace to these folks who are lost and dead in bondage to their perversions of sin while they still continue to violate what the majority of America voted for to keep morality the center of marriage that is naturally between the scientific fact as well as the Biblical fact that marriage is only between a MAN and a WOMAN. The People of America have spoken fairly and these people continue to show their tyrannicide showing that EQUALITY has nothing to do with their movement or equal rights. It shows their HATRED for the True GOD who made them either male or female but they love their sin more than HIM. So they continue to do what their sinful nature demands. To Blaspheme GOD with all their hearts as they continue to go against HIS statutes and commandments. SAN FRANCISCO - The state attorney general and sponsors of the ballot initiative that banned same-sex marriage in California urged its Supreme Court to hear a series of lawsuits seeking to overturn the ban, saying the matter is too urgent to be unsettled.
"The petitions raise issues of statewide importance, implicating not only California's marriage laws but also the initiative process and the Constitution itself," Attorney General Jerry Brown argued in his filing.
"This court can provide certainty and finality in this matter," he said.
Proposition 8, which passed with 52 percent of the vote earlier this month, overturned the high court's May decision legalizing homosexual marriage in California. The easure inserts language into the constitution limiting marriage to one man and one woman.
Gay and civil rights groups, the city of San Francisco and other plaintiffs have asked the court to void the measure on the grounds that voters did not have the authority to make, what they say, is a fundamental constitutional change.
The California Council of Churches and the Episcopal bishops of Northern California and Los Angeles were among those asking the high court to invalidate Proposition 8. They argue that if voters are permitted to take away rights from a group based on sexual orientation, the same could happen to religious minorities.
There is no deadline for the justices to decide whether they'll take the cases.
The litigation has made unwitting allies of supporters of the same-sex marriage ban and the attorney general, who voted against the proposition. Over the summer, anti-gay marriage groups sued Brown after his office changed the measure's wording to reflect that it would take away a right that same-sex couples then had.
Brown has since said that in his role as California's top public lawyer, he will fight to uphold Proposition 8 as an expression of public sentiment on same-sex marriage. The preliminary documents he filed Monday did not address that issue.
Andrew Pugno, a lawyer for the Yes on 8 campaign, said the measure's supporters are so confident the Supreme Court would uphold the initiative they want the court to take the cases and resolve the question quickly.
"There is no question Proposition 8 is exactly the type of amendment the framers of the Constitution envisioned for the people to be able to enact," Pugno said.
The Protect Marriage coalition is less confident about Brown's sincere interest in defending the gay marriage ban in court, according to Pugno. That's why the coalition asked the court for permission to intervene in the cases Monday.
"Everyone knows the AG opposed Proposition 8, did everything he could to undermine it and it still passed anyway," he said. "There is little hope he would make much effort at all to defend Prop. 8."
Both the attorney general and Protect Marriage asked the court to reject a request from gay marriage supporters for a stay that would allow same-sex couples to resume marrying in California until the broader legal issues are addressed.

The war against passage of Proposition 8, the constitutional amendment that California voters approved to protect traditional marriage, continues.
PJI Homosexual activists have taken the case back to the courts to try to overturn the vote. Filing a brief supporting homosexual marriage are the California Council of Churches and the Episcopal bishops of Northern California and Los Angeles. Brad Dacus of Pacific Justice Institute (PJI) says the people who support same-sex marriage believe if voters are permitted to take away rights from a group based on sexual orientation, the same could happen to religious groups.
