Hate Crime Hate Speech legislation. The Worse attack on the 1st amendment ever.

NWO Watch.

As I start this article I first would like to say God is sovereign and HE is in complete control of all things microscopic to Gigascopic if this is a real word I can use. The Bible factually says nothing can ever happen unless HIS permissive will and HIS sovereign will allows these events to take place so it is HIM we should fear and Glorify not the Tyrannical, immoral agendas that are consistently being pressed immorally into our semi-free world. God is in complete Control. So we can learn how not to be pessimistic and live optimistically Realistic because HIS will be done and not ours and if you are IN HIM Joy should be always overflowing in you no matter what.

Since 1961 when HARVARD LAW Professor and Dane and Darwin Worshipper Christopher Columbus Langdell evolutionary dream finally became reality in the American Justice System titled "Case LAW" replacing 151 years of Common Law and the American Public is blatantly still blinded to the fact that our Constitution was suspended in 1933 by president Franklin D Roosevelt, we have had so much attacks against our moral freedoms and Rights from tyrannical agenda immoral power mongers 24 hours a day because "Case law" became the norm in 1963 when prayer was taken out of "In God We trust" Schools, that it is any wonder that America has not fallen into dictatorship completely by the 21 first century and I say not yet thanks to God and HIS mercy when we are so terribly and wickedly undeserving of his mercy delaying such a reality to come to pass.
But the 24 hour attacks that are limiting our Rights seem to go on exhaustively 24 hours a day with one immoral agenda after another fighting for its dead existence when it is already a dead issue and unconstitutional especially when it goes against the Statutes of our Creator who designs are flawless. It is a marvel that one group of persons are pushing for the right to be against the laws of nature and forcing the world to accept the unnatural behavior which is proven to be unnatural. And to top it off if one speaks out against their obvious unnatural behavior they want to restrict any speech that proclaims the scientific proofs against them. The worst part is they want Truth seekers and proclaimers jailed for teaching reality. One Bill said up to seven years incarceration? How ludicrous is this?

Now the dumbest thing that has ever been displayed and allowed of this immoral agenda is they want Truthful Free Speech to be as equal to a hate crime calling it hate speech for anyone who speaks out against persons who choose and learned to go against God's very creational and nature laws. This article would be considered a hate crime and hate speech because I am warning with and telling the Truth that their debased minds willfully ignore. They even have a Hate Crime hit hate list. That is somewhat of an oxymoron isn't it? It is not a Hate Crime to expose the truth of observable Scientific FACT that their sexual orientation is unnatural as well as it goes against God's very created nature of human beings.

Genesis 1:27
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
Genesis 5:2
He created them male and female and blessed them. And when they were created, he called them "man. "

This is not truthfully a hate Crime or hate speech but FACT being shown naturally. And it is not hate to warn those caught in the vicious web and bondage to this sexual addiction which is the same as the Bible proves "bondage to sin".

Romans 8:21
That nature (creation) itself will be set free from its bondage to decay and corruption [and gain an entrance] into the glorious freedom of God's children.
Colossians 3:5
So kill (deaden, deprive of power) the evil desire lurking in your members [those animal impulses and all that is earthly in you that is employed in sin]: sexual vice, impurity, sensual appetites, unholy desires, and all greed and covetousness, for that is idolatry (the deifying of self and other created things instead of God).

It is a hate crime to force Moral practicing persons to accept a unnatural sexual orientation as normal when it is clearly not.
But still their agenda perversions presses on and they not willing to wake up to reality is a very sad and heart breaking thing that they have to go through many lengths to be something they are really not and force their "pretend" on the Norms of natural societies. How lonely, insecure, and unsatisfied these people will always be when they continue to reject the Creator that loves them and created them normally and calls out to them with HIS permissive Will full of mercy. He is the only ONE who can satisfy a fallen human truthfully and factually. This is FACT.

DEFINITIONS

A true Hate crime (also known as bias motivated crimes) occur when a perpetrator targets a victim because of his or her membership in a certain social group, usually defined by race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, nationality, age, gender, gender identity, or political affiliation.[1] Hate crimes differ from conventional crime because they are not directed simply at an individual, but are meant to cause fear and intimidation in an entire group or class of people.

Pennsylvania hate crimes legislation ruled unconstitutional

Allie Martin OneNewsNow.comNovember 28, 2007

The American Family Association (AFA) of Pennsylvania is applauding a decision by the state's Commonwealth Court, which declared hate crimes laws unconstitutional.

In November 2002, state lawmakers inserted hate crimes language into an agricultural vandalism bill. But the Commonwealth Court ruled that the bill passed in an unconstitutional manner. Even the original sponsors of the agriculture bill removed their names because the bill was essentially hijacked by liberal lawmakers.

But Diane Gramley, president of the AFA of Pennsylvania, says once the State Senate revised the bill, removing the language dealing with agricultural vandalism, those sponsors "wanted nothing to do with it." But Gramley says the battle over hate crimes is not over.

"The day after the Commonwealth Court handed down their decision, Governor Rendell has already asked the legislative body to act quickly to write another hate crimes law," she points out.

Gramley is encouraging pro-family activists throughout Pennsylvania to contact their state lawmakers and ask them to vote against any new hate crimes law.

Richard,

In less than a week, we expect Congress to begin pushing
the second plank of Teddy Kennedy's hate crimes legislative plan.

Kennedy has managed to get his "Hate Crimes Prevention Act"
added as an amendment to the Defense Department Appropriations
bill. His plan is to get Hate Crimes legislation passed on
the coattails of the bill that funds the entire Defense
Department -- a bill the President may feel forced to sign
to fund the Iraq war.

Right now, that appropriations bill is in the House-Senate
conference committee. Since the House version of the bill
did not include the Kennedy Hate Crimes amendment, this is
one of the key differences the conference must resolve.

If this bill emerges from conference with the Kennedy Hate
Crimes amendment, we will move dangerously close to passage
of Kennedy's pet Hate Crimes project.

+ + Action Item

With a new FBI report indicating a 7 percent increase in hate
crimes nationally, we expect homosexual rights groups to
increase pressure starting this week.

I want to counter these efforts with at least 50 faxes every
day from citizens like you who oppose Teddy Kennedy's
anti-faith hate crimes agenda.

We have identified all the key targets on the House-Senate
Conference who will decide whether Hate Crimes gets
included in the final bill. Please go here to schedule your
faxes today:

Please note -- we offer this faxing service as a convenience
for you. Your gift to Liberty Counsel covers the cost of the
fax delivery and helps us continue our vital efforts. If you
prefer to send your own faxes, please do so! We have provided
all the contact information on the same site.

Richard, Teddy Kennedy has been waiting many years for this
opportunity to pass his hate crimes plan. You and I are the
last line of defense!

Will you be one of the 50 friends we need each day to keep
a steady stream of faxes flooding Congress?

Thank you so much for your vigilance!

Arguments in opposition to hate crime lawsWikipedia.org

Arguments against hate crime legislation include the following:
Perpetrators of the same criminal act should not be treated differently because they hold different beliefs or motives.[26]
Over time, these provisions might be disregarded and hate crime laws and associated case law could evolve to the point where speaking out strongly against a particular group or its actions could be construed as a libelous hate crime, violating rights to freedom of expression, thought, religion (among others).[27]
Penalties that do not include hate-crimes enhancement are already sufficient, in that vandalism, assault and murder have always been illegal and subject to prosecution. The fact that they still occur does not justify infringing on the freedoms of speech and religion.[28]
It brings the law into disrepute and further divides society, as groups apply to have their critics silenced.[29]
Religious practices will become subject to government regulation, violating the separation of church and state.[30]
Allowing a self-declared victim to decide if a crime has occurred violates the principle of objective justice.[31]

Arguments for hate crime lawsWikipedia.org

Justifications for harsher punishments for hate crimes focus on the notion that hate crimes cause greater individual and societal harm. In Wisconsin v. Mitchell, the Supreme Court of the United States unanimously found that "bias-motivated crimes are more likely to provoke retaliatory crimes, inflict distinct emotional harms on their victims, and incite community unrest.... The State's desire to redress these perceived harms provides an adequate explanation for its penalty-enhancement provision over and above mere disagreement with offenders' beliefs or biases. As Blackstone said long ago, 'it is but reasonable that, among crimes of different natures, those should be most severely punished which are the most destructive of the public safety and happiness.'"[23] It is said that, when the core of a person’s identity is attacked, the degradation and dehumanization is especially severe, and additional emotional and physiological problems are likely to result. Society then, in turn, can suffer from the disempowerment of a group of people. Furthermore, it is asserted that the chances for retaliatory crimes are greater when a hate crime has been committed. The riots in Los Angeles, California, that followed the beating of Rodney King, a Black motorist, by a group of White police officers are cited as support for this argument.[24]
The U.S. Supreme Court unanimously found that penalty-enhancement hate crime statutes do not conflict with free speech rights because they do not punish an individual for exercising freedom of expression; rather, they allow courts to consider motive when sentencing a criminal for conduct which is not protected by the First Amendment.[23]
When it enacted the Hate Crimes Act of 2000, the New York State Legislature found that:
Hate crimes do more than threaten the safety and welfare of all citizens. They inflict on victims incalculable physical and emotional damage and tear at the very fabric of free society. Crimes motivated by invidious hatred toward particular groups not only harm individual victims but send a powerful message of intolerance and discrimination to all members of the group to which the victim belongs. Hate crimes can and do intimidate and disrupt entire communities and vitiate the civility that is essential to healthy democratic processes. In a democratic society, citizens cannot be required to approve of the beliefs and practices of others, but must never commit criminal acts on account of them. Current law does not adequately recognize the harm to public order and individual safety that hate crimes cause. Therefore, our laws must be strengthened to provide clear recognition of the gravity of hate crimes and the compelling importance of preventing their recurrence. Accordingly, the legislature finds and declares that hate crimes should be prosecuted and punished with appropriate severity."[25]
