As I start this article I first would like to say God is sovereign and HE is in complete control of all things microscopic to Gigascopic if this is a real word I can use. The Bible factually says nothing can ever happen unless HIS permissive will and HIS sovereign will allows these events to take place so it is HIM we should fear and Glorify not the Tyrannical, immoral agendas that are consistently being pressed immorally into our semi-free world. God is in complete Control. So we can learn how not to be pessimistic and live optimistically Realistic because HIS will be done and not ours and if you are IN HIM Joy should be always overflowing in you no matter what.

Since 1961 when HARVARD LAW Professor and Dane and Darwin Worshipper Christopher Columbus Langdell evolutionary dream finally became reality in the American Justice System titled "Case LAW" replacing 151 years of Common Law and the American Public is blatantly still blinded to the fact that our Constitution was suspended in 1933 by president Franklin D Roosevelt, we have had so much attacks against our moral freedoms and Rights from tyrannical agenda immoral power mongers 24 hours a day because "Case law" became the norm in 1963 when prayer was taken out of "In God We trust" Schools, that it is any wonder that America has not fallen into dictatorship completely by the 21 first century and I say not yet thanks to God and HIS mercy when we are so terribly and wickedly undeserving of his mercy delaying such a reality to come to pass.
But the 24 hour attacks that are limiting our Rights seem to go on exhaustively 24 hours a day with one immoral agenda after another fighting for its dead existence when it is already a dead issue and unconstitutional especially when it goes against the Statutes of our Creator who designs are flawless. It is a marvel that one group of persons are pushing for the right to be against the laws of nature and forcing the world to accept the unnatural behavior which is proven to be unnatural. And to top it off if one speaks out against their obvious unnatural behavior they want to restrict any speech that proclaims the scientific proofs against them. The worst part is they want Truth seekers and proclaimers jailed for teaching reality. One Bill said up to seven years incarceration? How ludicrous is this?

Now the dumbest thing that has ever been displayed and allowed of this immoral agenda is they want Truthful Free Speech to be as equal to a hate crime calling it hate speech for anyone who speaks out against persons who choose and learned to go against God's very creational and nature laws. This article would be considered a hate crime and hate speech because I am warning with and telling the Truth that their debased minds willfully ignore. They even have a Hate Crime hit hate list. That is somewhat of an oxymoron isn't it? It is not a Hate Crime to expose the truth of observable Scientific FACT that their sexual orientation is unnatural as well as it goes against God's very created nature of human beings.

Pennsylvania hate crimes legislation ruled unconstitutional

The American Family Association (AFA) of Pennsylvania is applauding a decision by the state's Commonwealth Court, which declared hate crimes laws unconstitutional.

In November 2002, state lawmakers inserted hate crimes language into an agricultural vandalism bill. But the Commonwealth Court ruled that the bill passed in an unconstitutional manner. Even the original sponsors of the agriculture bill removed their names because the bill was essentially hijacked by liberal lawmakers.

But Diane Gramley, president of the AFA of Pennsylvania, says once the State Senate revised the bill, removing the language dealing with agricultural vandalism, those sponsors "wanted nothing to do with it." But Gramley says the battle over hate crimes is not over.

"The day after the Commonwealth Court handed down their decision, Governor Rendell has already asked the legislative body to act quickly to write another hate crimes law," she points out.

Gramley is encouraging pro-family activists throughout Pennsylvania to contact their state lawmakers and ask them to vote against any new hate crimes law.

Second Amendment on trial once again?

Why is it so hard for American Lawmakers to understand that the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of independance speaks for itself clearly? What has to be defined really in the Constitution? Doesn't it plainly speak for itself very clearly as to what is inquired and how it was written for all to understand? As I read the Constitution to understand when I research it, It speaks loud and clear to what is meant in each article of our Amendments and common law our Forefathers "BODY" agreed upon. What needs to be interpreted? Sir William Blackstone (originally pronounced Blexstun) (10 July 1723 – 14 February 1780) whose ideas the Constitution and Common law are derived from are very simple understanding of rights of Freemen equally and their right to own property and protect their families etc.bearing arms if necessary. It is understood plainly. Blackstone's exhaustive work helped design what our forefathers dreamed and made possible so for interpretation all one has to do is read about individual rights of protection in his Commentaries of English Common Law. Look at how easy it is to understand law as it is written. There is much there to read but it seems to be plain and clear.

Since in my opinion Power-mongers want to rid our country of our individual rights truthfully and create a Socialized System comparable to the Europe Economical Community called the North American Union with Canada and Mexico and whoever else, the Second Amendment would be the first thing Power Mongers would attack and RID the US of desperately so a Governed Police politicalized federal state or how about the simple explanation of a sub-tyrannical socialized Government hypocritically disguised as a free society could slither into control venomously poisoning our individual Moral Rights away drastically so the few, the proud, the tyranny could be a reality to those who want godhood status now . Since Americans are letting this happen and not really caring and buying into all the propaganda and the tickling eared lies this may be a reality in the future near you. WE ARE JUST GIVING OUR BLOODSTAINED COUNTRY AWAY TO THEM. And if the Second Amendment is abolished completely and not allowed to be in FULL effect since right now it is regulated, we will be doomed and that is FACT. Of course march with glee to restrict Citizens their God given Rights because of evil in a few individuals whose rebellious nature chose to do another person harm even to death. And look at what happened and is happening because of these Government restrictions and regulations and out right banning. How many car chases, murders, Child molestation's, rape, robbery, go on because citizens are not armed. We are supposed to all be on watch if we want to remain a free society to which we do not really live in true freedom today. US Supreme Court agrees to review handgun ban

WASHINGTON : The US Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed for the first time in 70 years to review the right to own guns, as it considers whether the city of Washington can ban private handguns, a court spokeswoman told AFP.

The high court agreed to review an appeal by the city insisting its three-decade ban on handguns is constitutional, said court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg.

Arguments are expected between February and April with a ruling at the end of June, just a few months before the November 2008 presidential election.

The US capital, plagued by chronic violence in many of its poorest neighbourhoods, took the case to the nine Supreme Court judges seeking to maintain the prohibition on individuals owning handguns.

Washington, which is also home to the president and the government, has interpreted the constitution's disputed second amendment, the right to bear arms, to mean that there is a collective right for those who are part of a police force or security force to bear arms.

Since 1976 it has banned residents from carrying handguns, but they are allowed to keep a rifle or hunting gun in their homes, providing it is under lock and not loaded. The ban remains in place until the US high court issues a ruling in the case.

For millions of Americans however - and especially the powerful gun lobby represented by the National Rifle Association - the second amendment guarantees the right of every American citizen to own any gun, with few limits.

The amendment declares that: "A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

In 2003, Washington resident Dick Heller, who lives in one of the city's tougher neighbourhoods, lodged a suit against the local authorities saying his constitutional right to bear arms was being violated. Although his case was initially rejected, he won on appeal to a federal appeals court in March.

Washington officials in turn then lodged a case with the Supreme Court in September insisting that it must rule on the extent of access to handguns, the weapon of choice in two-thirds of robberies and assaults.

Handguns are used in half of the 15,000 murders across the country every year, according to statistics from the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

"Faced with the evidence that handguns pose a particularly serious threat to public safety, the council chose to ban handguns because it concluded that less restrictive regulations would be ineffective," the city said in its petition to the court.

"Whatever right the second amendment guarantees, it does not require the district to stand by while its citizens die."

Opponents of gun restrictions welcomed the court's decision to hear the case, hoping the more conservative panel of justices that now sit on the bench will strike down the gun ban.

"That's good news for all Americans who would like to be able to defend themselves where they live and sleep," the right-leaning Cato Institute said in a statement after the court agreed to review the case.

"And it's especially good news for residents of Washington DC, which has been the murder capital of the nation despite an outright ban on all functional firearms since 1976," said the group, which backs Heller.

The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence, the country's largest non-partisan group leading the fight to prevent gun violence, continued its campaign for gun control.

"We are hopeful that the Court will reverse the lower court ruling (on Dick Heller's lawsuit), which we thought was deeply flawed, and that the Supreme Court will reaffirm that communities are free to enact the strong gun laws that they think will protect the safety of their citizens," Brady Center vice president Dennis Henigan told AFP.

To date the Supreme Court has rarely considered the issue of the right to bear arms.

In the 19th century, it determined that the founding fathers meant to give all states in the union the freedom to draw up their own gun laws.

Then in 1939, the court upheld a law requiring that arms transported from state to state be registered.

Inside, the children were forcibly vaccinated, many against their will, under orders from the State Attorney General, various State Judges and the local School Board Director, all of whom illegally conspired to threaten parents with imprisonment if they did not submit their children to vaccinations.

The State of Maryland has now turned to Gestapo tactics to force its medical will upon the People, stripping parents of any right to decide how they wish to protect their own children from infectious disease. Health authorities there have already announced their intent to essentially kidnap parents and throw them in jail, removing them from their children for up to thirty days if they continue to refuse to have their children vaccinated. This will all be conducted at gunpoint, with armed personnel and attack dogs at the ready, making sure nobody steps out of line, and suppressing any attempt at public dissent against the Orwellian vaccination policies.

The entire campaign against these parents is blatantly illegal. There is no law in Maryland requiring the vaccination of children, thus parents who refuse to do so may not be legally charged with violating any law. The desperation of organized medicine is becoming increasingly apparent

Washington, D.C. -- The Association of American Physicians and Surgeons today condemned the “vaccine roundup” executed in Prince George’s county Maryland this week, and promised to do everything it can to support parents who refuse to immunize their children.

“This power play obliterates informed consent and parental rights,” said Kathryn Serkes, director of policy for the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS), one of the few national physician groups that refuse corporate funding from pharmaceutical companies.

In a scenario reminiscent of cattle round-ups, the state’s attorney has issued summons to more than 1600 parents of children who have not provided certificates of immunization for their children. But instead of toting a cattle prod, this state’s attorney chooses to wield a syringe to keep the “herd” in line.

Parents have been told to appear in Court on Saturday, and to subject their children to on-the-spot state-mandated vaccines of up 17 vaccine doses, or face imprisonment. Parents who ignore the court’s demands could face a $50 fine for every day their child is out of compliance or up to 10 days in jail.

“This campaign of intimidation to brutally enforce blanket vaccine mandates by government agencies and the school district gives no consideration for the rights of the parents or the individual medical condition of the child,” said Serkes.

Children should be carefully screened, medical records taken and decisions made carefully – not in an ad hoc assembly-line clinic in a county courtroom and under the brutal watch of law enforcement. This is a man-made disaster ready to waiting to detonate. Children could receive a dangerous cocktail of several vaccines without proper examinations. “The procedure is reckless and subjects children to the risk of severe reactions. Physicians would not be allowed to treat children in this way, without individual histories and physical exams – or informed consent,” said Jane M. Orient, M.D., AAPS Executive Director.

Money and politics may be at the center of the round of threats. The school district will lose a substantial amount of state funding if students do not comply with the vaccine mandate. "Apparently the district wants that money, even if it gets it off the backs of children,” said Serkes.

Mr. Ivey apparently has no problem invoking his own right to informed consent and parental control. In a radio interview on Thursday, he admitted that he has chosen to refuse the hepatitis B vaccines for his own children. “It’s interesting that parents have to ask the state’s permission by filing a form if they want to make the same decision for their children that he made for his own,” said Dr. Orient.

But his galling hypocrisy clearly demonstrates that not every vaccine is right for every child.

In their efforts to help the targeted parents, AAPS is contacting as many of them as possible to educate them about their rights under Maryland law and questions to ask before deciding whether vaccination is appropriate for their child (see below). “We’ll do our best to help the parents make an informed decision,” said Serkes. Representatives will also be on hand at the courthouse on Saturday, and AAPS is working to set up a legal team to help parents who refuse the vaccinations.

AAPS will also work with the National Vaccine Information Center to make sure parents are informed on how to report any adverse reactions to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). Such reporting is actually required, but even medical professionals are lax about filing the reports. Don’t expect the police to do it. The State’s Attorney General, the manufacturers, and the people giving the shots are immune from liability if the shots hurt somebody, however.

AAPS is also acting as coordinator for the “Hands Off Our Kids” coalition of parents across the country who were instrumental in overturning Texas Governor Perry’s executive order requiring the HPV vaccine for school girls last spring. The coalition is appealing to Gov. O’Malley to intervene in the case and work with the legislature to pass a philosophical exemption provision. Founder of Weather Channel disses 'global warming'

A prominent meteorologist with more than 54 years of experience is calling global warming an "outrageous scam" and a "manufactured crisis."

John Coleman has been a television meteorologist since 1953. His credentials include being the first weather forecaster for the television show Good Morning America, and founder of the cable-based network The Weather Channel. Currently, Coleman forecasts the weather for the San Diego television station KUSI.

About six to seven years ago, Coleman says he began to hear about supposed "global warming" and decided to research the subject deeper and to investigate it from a scientific stance in order educate his viewers.

"I'm not talking about reading media accounts. I'm talking about getting down to the basic research papers," he explains. "And the more I read them, the more doubt I had -- and eventually the whole case just collapsed, when you really study the documents. And it became very clear that it was a manufactured crisis."

According to Coleman, the science that supports arguments favoring global warming "has been manipulated" and much of the data has been "manufactured," resulting in what he calls "bad science" that, unfortunately, passed peer review. He argues that the research passed that review only because of an underlying agenda held by scientists. He claims they wish to strike fear of environmental catastrophe if people do not hold to their radical ideas.

In a blog posted on KUSI.com, Coleman dispels that fear by stating that the earth is not in peril. He states that natural cycles in weather are more responsible for any climate change, and that over the next two decades there is an equal chance for a cooling trend as there is for a warming trend. He also believes that once the dire predictions of global-warming scientists fail to pass, people will realize they have been "duped."

ATTORNEY SAYS SEXUAL ABUSE IN SCHOOLS IS EPIDEMIC.

An attorney who investigates cases of sexual abuse in schools says there's an epidemic of sexual crimes in America's public schools, but the problem is largely ignored.
The findings of a seven-month investigation by Associated Press reporters reveal that from 2001 to 2005, the teaching credentials of more than 2,500 educators nationwide were revoked, denied, surrendered, or sanctioned following allegations of sexual misconduct. The investigation, chronicled by the news agency in a mid-October report, states that young people were the victims in at least 1,801 of the cases -- and more than 80 percent of those were students.

However, AP says that during its investigation, it found a "deeply entrenched resistance" toward recognizing and fighting that sexual abuse -- from teachers and school administrators who wish to avoid lawsuits, to the halls of state capitals and Congress where lawmakers are hesitant to disparage an otherwise honorable and vital profession. The result, says Associated Press, is that very few abusers get caught -- and often are allowed to exit a district quietly, only to show up in another school district. That dynamic, says the report, is so commonplace that it has its own nicknames -- "passing the trash" or the "mobile molester." (Read the AP report)

Mary Jo McGrath is a Santa Barbara, California-based attorney who investigates abuse and misconduct in schools, and conducts seminars to teach schools and parents how to recognize the signs that abuse may be taking place. McGrath says there are 17,500 school districts in the U.S. -- and she estimates that with the staggering number of sexual abuse cases being reported, it averages about one perpetrator per school.

According to the attorney, the problem is largely ignored because society as a whole does not want to confront something so repulsive.

"If you look at where the sexual abuse is most prevalent, it's in the home -- and we don't want to deal with that. It's just a topic that's so repulsive to us that we shut down," she says. "The same phenomenon takes place in schools. We cannot believe that the person with the friendly smile who we see in the supermarket and may even go to church with -- [we can't believe] that teacher is also an abuser."

McGrath says most abusers are not shadowy figures lurking in dark corners, but often are friendly, well-liked members of the community. AP's investigation bears that out, noting that the perpetrators it found included teachers, school psychologists, principals, and superintendents who are often popular, recognized for excellence, and (in almost 90 percent of the cases) male. In their desperation to seize control of our economy and our country, the Left has seized the issue of global warming and turned it into an existential threat to mankind. But, as usual, the Left is wrong about global warming, and all its hysterical rhetoric does not match the facts. Recently, Senate Democrat Leader Harry Reid suggested that the California wildfires were connected to global warming. Well, we now know that arson likely played a bigger role, and Reid's remark was rebuked by scientists at the National Interagency Fire Center. While Southern California is currently experiencing a drought, which is exacerbating the fires, "tree-ring records show there have been far drier periods during the last millennium," suggesting climate change patterns are cyclical and perhaps not so strongly linked to the burning of fossil fuels.
And do you recall that immediately after Hurricane Katrina, Al Gore and others predicted gloom and doom from more frequent and more powerful hurricanes caused by global warming? According to the Center for Ocean-Atmospheric Prediction Studies, "Unless a dramatic and historical flurry of activity occurs in the next 9 weeks, 2007 will rank as a historically inactive year for the Northern Hemisphere as a whole. During [the] past 30 years, only 1977 has had less activity …" 2006 was also a below average hurricane season. Remember, friends, 30 years ago, the media were fretting about an impending ice age. It seems like the question that also need to be answerted is "why didn't the guy who studied cow flatulence with a government grant of 3 million dollars or so get that prize to?" Certainly cow farts studies are in the same class that deserves some recognition for a Nobel peace prize and how to feed cows on a less gassy grain diet right? That helps climate change and saves a bit of warming right? Ludicrous.

Now I am not against cleaning up the environment, better new fuel efficient alternative vehicles, eco-friendly resources to stop all the pollution, cleaner waste management alternatives, Housing eco-friendly alternatives, surf rider foundation that wants cleaner water solutions, in fact I really like these new alternatives. Oil companies, Corporate warmongers, and bought and paid for Politicians shouldn't be dominate in all things but those that want a cleaned up planet are not all in the wrong. We should care for our planet and that is Biblical. Adam our father tended paradise this was his job and he was content with it. But when outright malarky enters creating and propagandizing to stir up the masses for perdition agendas, then this is where I draw the line and you should too. FACT must be FACT with evidence not theorized speculations. That is why the Bible is full of the TRUE answers for mankind whether you like it or not. You just have to seek it earnestly to understand. (.If you do not know your Bible please refrain from even commenting.)



I get so disgusted that Scientific theory overrides Scientific observable fact these days. These scammers are working overtime to get people to believe anything other than the FACTS. And to top it off, theory over fact gets Nobel prizes? What happened to FACTS PEOPLE? Insanely childish "pretend" has invaded Truth and Governments pay for this willingly.

Let me tell you plain and simple. Yes of course there is certain climate change everyday. For tomorrows climate change will always be different than todays, get it? And yes the earth is deteriorating, but it is not because of global warming or cooling, it is because of SIN. Sins effect proves that the earth is deteriorating. A basic Encyclopedia puts it this way;

The second law of thermodynamics is an expression of the universal law of increasing entropy, stating that the entropy of an isolated system which is not in equilibrium will tend to increase over time, approaching a maximum value at equilibrium.
The second law traces its origin to French physicist Sadi Carnot's 1824 paper Reflections on the Motive Power of Fire, which presented the view that motive power (work) is due to the fall of caloric (heat) from a hot to cold body (working substance). In simple terms, the second law is an expression of the fact that over time, differences in temperature, pressure, and density tend to even out in a physical system that is isolated from the outside world. Entropy is a measure of how far along this evening-out process has progressed.
There are many versions of the second law, but they all have the same effect, which is to explain the phenomenon of irreversibility in nature.

The second law of thermodynamics is a fact and is on going while the global warming theory is just a pretend like statement of a mind that hasn't left kindergarden.
So watch how this progresses watcher. Study for yourself and you will see the erronous nature of this theory being propagandized as fact when it is simply is a lie from the abyss like evilution.

28And so, since they did not see fit to acknowledge God or approve of Him or consider Him worth the knowing, God gave them over to a base and condemned mind to do things not proper or decent but loathsome,

32Though they are fully aware of God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve to die, they not only do them themselves but approve and applaud others who practice them.
