Our life is exceedingly filled with the scorning and scoffing of those who are at ease and with the contempt of the proud (irresponsible tyrants who disregard God's law).
Now when was a law passed that parents have no rights to educate their children in the fashion they have every God given right to do in this Nation and especially in the State of California? When was it mandatory by law that our children belong to the States public or private school system? There is none but loop holes of lies in our judicial system that seem to keep presenting themselves because of, well we know why, persons that have control issues very obsessively don't you think?
Education is a necessary and should be mandatory for all parents to raise their children with the basics of all education for all aspects of life. But it should be up to the Parents about what their child learns and usually most parents that want their child to be home schooled always have that freedom to do this according the US Constitution and the State of California Constitution. Actually Government should never be allowed to dictate what should happen in Public Schools unless it is a Government ran School, do you get it?
Now parents do have the rights to send their Children to public or private school and parents have the right to send them not to public or private school and Home school them. It is disgusting to continue to see our California Court system disrespecting the State of California's Constitution and the US Constitution with their so called Loop Holed control issues they call Laws when actually they are not really because THE PEOPLE OF CALIFORNIA DID NOT VOTE THESE UNWRITTEN LAWS IN.
What part of this do these so called leader do not understand? But I forget that we live in a Sodom government ran State and we have the Terminator as our Governor who is also a Liberal Kennedy in disguise. Please Californian vote him out quickly and let a real Leader who is qualified instead of an unqualified actor leading this almost bankrupt State than is headed for a fall.

JUDGE ORDERS HOME-SCHOOLERS INTO GOVERNMENT EDUCATION (California)
A California court has ruled that several children in one home-school family must be enrolled in a public school or "legally qualified" private school, and must attend, sending ripples of shock into the nation's home-schooling advocates as the family reviews its options for appeal.
The ruling came in a case brought against Phillip and Mary Long over the education being provided to two of their eight children. They are considering an appeal to the state Supreme Court, because they have home-schooled all of their children, the oldest now 29, because of various anti-Christian influences in California's public schools.
The decision from the 2nd Appellate Court in Los Angeles granted a special petition brought by lawyers appointed to represent the two youngest children after the family's home-schooling was brought to the attention of child advocates.
"We find no reason to strike down the Legislature's evaluation of what constitutes an adequate education scheme sufficient to promote the 'general diffusion of knowledge and intelligence,'" the court said in the case. "We agree … 'the educational program of the State of California was designed to promote the general welfare of all the people and was not designed to accommodate the personal ideas of any individual in the field of education.'" . . . .
The father, Phillip Long, said the family is working on ways to appeal to the state Supreme Court, because he won't allow the pro-homosexual, pro-bisexual, pro-transgender agenda of California's public schools . . . to indoctrinate his children.
"We just don't want them teaching our children," he told WorldNetDaily. "They teach things that are totally contrary to what we believe. They put questions in our children's minds we don't feel they're ready for.
When they are much more mature, they can deal with these issues, alternative lifestyles, and such, or whether they came from primordial slop. At the present time it's my job to teach them the correct way of thinking," he said.

The judges ruled in the case involving the Longs the family failed to demonstrate "that mother has a teaching credential such that the children can be said to be receiving an education from a credentialed tutor," and that their involvement and supervision by Sunland Christian School's independent study programs was of no value.
Nor did the family's religious beliefs matter to the court.
Their "sincerely held religious beliefs" are "not the quality of evidence that permits us to say that application of California's compulsory public school education law to them violates their First Amendment rights."
"Children belong to the parents, not to the state," he said. But he acknowledged that there's a great deal of misinformation about the status of homeschooling in California.
Such a disgrace.
