It is so sad to witness in effect the Compromise of our Nations Morality being destroyed ever so pitifully by our own leaders we trust to Keep the Constitution as it Stands and how it clearly speaks with no need for interpretation of it period. It is written in plain english with all historical count. But when it comes to understanding freedom and what it really is, it is not the freedom to go against nature correct? And please do no try to define it as "to each its own"relativistic liberties. There is no such thing. If this is the definition we are forced to follow then if a man wants to procreate an infant Asexually can this be possible by his natural being? Can a man procreate with another man? Shall we make this a Constitutional right or is it not Constitutional to say that a man cannot so this or has the right too? How about marrying an animal? Would this be Un constitutional if we stop a person from marrying his horse, dog, cat , goldfish , or whatever? How about an Adult and a child? If the same sex can be consider a union, can't an Adult and a small toddler? Is it unconstitutional to stop this union between a child and an adult?
How far can we go with redefining or reinterpreting the Constitution or the California Constitution? How about every States Constitution? What is really freedom? Is it like controlled anarchy, "do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the LAW"?
Is this really freedom and Liberty? OF COURSE NOT.



It is time we make a stand and oust out these traitors to the Constitution of the US and all the 50 States including those not US states but also Territories. But who is willing to make a stand really? Will the BODY of CHRIST? Thus far we have failed to rid our country of these Zealots in sheep's clothing who are out the disgrace God and Country with their Sodomite Agendas and or their Cowardly Compromises. GOD is SOVEREIGN and wouldn't you think all this immorality is because HE is punishing The BODY first by bringing these atrocities to bear witness against the BODY? Look at all the atrocities? Look at our past.
And look what we have become. Doesn't this concern you truthfully? Or do you not care Christian like the rest of the world in their Rich American comfort zones who are too afraid to make a stand for Christ JESUS because they will LOSE everything for HIS namesake because they will be hated like JESUS was. And JESUS clearly warned all HIS ELECT of this didn't HE. Well In Paul's Gospel He has as well as all the Apostles Gospel. What part of the Gospel do you not understand?

This will show you how far we are from original intent we are and how immorally Godless we have truly become in our nations capitial. We have leader like these who are set out to ruin our country. Just take a look at all the evidence today in this Present. Thank you for writing about the California Supreme Court's ruling that the California statute limiting marriage to a man and a woman violates the State Constitution. I appreciate hearing your views on this issue.

I recognize that in 2000, an overwhelming majority of Californians passed Proposition 22 to limit marriage to only one man and one woman. But, the State cannot enforce laws-even those passed by ballot initiative-if they are found to be unconstitutional. The California Supreme Court considered the question carefully and ruled that Proposition 22 is not compatible with the rights guaranteed in the State Constitution.

Clearly, in a state as large and as diverse as ours, not everyone will agree with every decision reached by the State Supreme Court. However, the Court's decision must be respected.

OH my loving sister you still have a problem with
morality and the foundations of Moral Freedom of this
nation. It is surprising that you are still a Senator
but that is because Corruption always keeps the
corrupt in its place.

the ruler is a man of (Moral) discernment,
understanding, and knowledge, its stability will long
continue.

But it is Constitutional that one man and one woman
are a Marriage union and not same sex partners which
already have their tax breaks in place. That is a lie
saying Prop 22 is not Constitutional. What part of
natural law do you not understand? The People spoke by
voting 61% to 39% on Prop 22 and you know fair and
square it is Constitutional. It is a disgrace that you
support despotism in this country and do not fight for
the people Stance that is Constitutional. Maybe
Senator Feinstein you are convicted to of your sins
and are doing anything to willfully ignore your
transgressions 100% because you love your sin over
GOD's Statutes.

If you've ever wondered why liberals fight tooth and nail whenever it comes to confirming judges, just look to California.

There, in another outrageous example of judicial over-reach and leftist social experimentation, the state Supreme Court ruled on May 15 in favor of homosexual "marriages." Specifically, it overturned a 2000 referendum on Proposition 22, in which California voters i.e., the people, affirmed, nearly 2 to 1, that marriage is the union of one man and one woman.

Sorry, voters: You only think you know best. Your judicial overlords know better. Now run along, like good subjects . . . .

It's fairly obvious what is at work here a desire on the part of liberals to level the basic building block of society: the family. California already has a domestic partner law on the books that grants same sex couples all the benefits and privileges accorded to opposite sex couples. The real agenda behind the decision to redefine the word "marriage" . . . is to destroy the very institution itself . . . .

Sound too strong? Then explain why a domestic partner law wasn't enough. No couple was being discriminated against. No one was hiding from the law. Homosexuals could set up house wherever they liked, and the law treated their relationship as if it were normal. But that wasn't enough. All of us heterosexual yahoos had to go all the way and call their unions marriage. That's what they really wanted. And it signifies nothing less than a societal sea change . . . .

What is happening now is no minor adjustment, nor a slight change in degree that just extends benefits or rights to a larger class, but a substantive change in the essence of the institution. The court's decision does not expand marriage; it alters its core meaning. To redefine marriage so that it is not intrinsically related to the relationship between fathers, mothers, and children formally severs the institution from its nature and purpose, remaking the institution into a mere contract between any two individuals . . . .

The fact is, the California Supreme Court has indulged here in the purest form of judicial activism operating not from a desire to interpret the law as written, but to force the result it wanted from the beginning, regardless of whether it was correct (or whether it violated the will of the people) . . . .

There's a good reason marriage has always been set apart like this. It is, quite simply, the cornerstone of civilization. It is deeply rooted in nearly every society, blessed by all the world's major religions, and proven over centuries to work best when it's limited to one man and one woman . . . .

That apparently means nothing to the judges who handed down this decision. But then again, they haven't even shown respect for their own profession. They've abused their authority to do what they want never mind what the law actually says. [emphasis added]
