Well, apparently the Government is expecting a half million people to die relatively soon, and the Atlanta Airport is a major airline traffic hub, probably the biggest in the country, which means Georgia is a prime base to conduct military operations and coordination. If anyone truly actually believes that Global warming truly exists needs to go back to Grammar school and once again have science slowly taught to them properly again because maybe they were asleep in class when they were being taught about basic weather mapping. I means it is so ridiculous to see T Boone Pickens the oil tycoon having to spend his own money to campaign against the Government because they will not really do anything but continue to be paid to do nothing but delay delay delay solutions to the cause of most of the problems they have caused in the first place. This same government wants to tax you for carbon credits from your own personal methane release your own body creates (20 gallons daily if I am accurate) if you can put two and two together to what I am referring to. Sarcasm aside, we need to go to our tool sheds or garages and break out our Pitch forks and torches and really go after the government. Battle over global warming 'censorship' ensues

Senator James Inhofe expressed his disappointment with the Senate Environment and Public Works Full Committee on Tuesday. In his opening statement to the committee, Inhofe said he was disappointed that they were, once again, beginning deliberations on global warming in the wrong manner. The Oklahoma Republican accused the committee of trying to undermine the Bush administration by questioning the president's environmental judgment and alleged censorship concerning global warming.

Marc Morano is the communications director for the Senate Environment and Public Works Full Committee minority staff. "They brought a couple individuals forward – one of them being Jason Burnett, who was a major Democratic donor and his family has given to many Democratic causes. He's claiming that the White House has been involved in all sorts of, he used the word, 'censorship,'" Morano contends. "In reality, all administrations edit testimony; it's a non-issue."

To prove that point, Morano says Dr. Roy Spencer – a former NASA scientist and skeptic of man-made global warming – testified that the Clinton administration repeatedly censored him. "Even NASA's James Hansen, the oft quoted, you know, one the most prominent promoters of man-made climate fare, has said the Clinton-Gore administration pressured him to be even more alarmist, but he declined to do so," Morano explains.

Morano jokes that to be shocked that administrations engage in censorship is akin to one being shocked that gambling takes place in Vegas.

"Dr. Roy Spencer is talking about his new paper, which he will be submitting for peer review, detailing the fact that the United Nations Climate Panel has overestimated the sensitivity of the climate system to CO2. In other words, we're going to see nowhere near the warming predicted," Morano adds. "In fact Dr. Spencer went as far as to say he predicts lack of warming -- or cooling -- coming up. And he joins many other scientists who have actually said that. He didn't officially predict cooling, but he said, you know, we may have a continued lack of warming."

In addition to Dr. Spencer's testimony, Senator Inhofe pointed out that more and more scientists, along with peer-reviewed studies and analysis, are disproving computer climate models.

Senator Jim DeMint says many Christians and their pastors are afraid to state their moral convictions about abortion, homosexuality, pornography, and other issues.

The South Carolina Republican is co-author of a new book titled Why We Whisper – Restoring Our Right To Say It's Wrong. DeMint blames government, and courts in particular, for turning wrongs into rights and barring religious views from public debate. Government rulings, he argues, have changed American culture.

"Before the 1960s, it was pretty clear that abortion was wrong, that sex outside of marriage was wrong, that unwed birth was wrong, and pornography, homosexuality – all this was considered wrong by the society," DeMint contends. "But government came in and turned right and wrong upside down."

DeMint says religious appeals have essentially been barred from public debate. "So many things that have a valued judgment about right or wrong can be related to religion," DeMint adds. "But the government essentially said that religion must be separated from public life. And by doing that, people with really strong traditional views feel intimidated, and they whisper."

He is urging clergy and people of faith to fearlessly proclaim what they believe is right for America.

Counselor fired over Christian beliefs

A professional counselor has been fired for referring a homosexual patient to another counselor for relationship advice. The counselor who was dismissed is a Christian.

Marcia Walden is a professional counselor who worked for Computer Sciences Corporation, a government contractor that provides Employee Assistance Program counselors to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). But Walden was suspended and subsequently fired when she referred a homosexual CDC employee to another counselor for advice on the woman's same-sex relationship.

Jim Campbell, litigation counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund (ADF), says employers are required by law to accommodate an employee's religious beliefs, when doing so would cause no hardship. "Employees should not be forced to check their religious beliefs at the door," he argues. Campbell says Walden was motivated by her religious and ethical beliefs, and she felt she was unable to offer the employee counsel. "...[S]he did what was ethically reasonable. She referred this employee to another counselor who was able to do the job," he explains.

Walden's employer did not offer to assign her to another contract or to transfer her to another position, notes Campbell. However, they did, according to Walden's lawsuit, tell her she could keep her job if she would agree to lie to homosexual clients about why she would not offer them relationship advice.

"In this instance the employer placed upon Ms. Walden an unconstitutional choice. It forced her to either sacrifice her religious beliefs and offer counsel despite her religiously based conflict, or it forced her to refer the potential client to another counselor and lose her job," says the ADF attorney, who states it is "egregious" for any Christian employee to face termination for abiding by their religious principles.

Campbell contends Walden is being punished for doing the right thing twice -- first, for remaining true to her beliefs; and second, for ensuring that the employee received the requested counseling.

Many of US in the Body are still sleeping or are ignoring because we are stuck in ME gospel syndrome which is very dangerous because of the Tares in high places (equivalent context from Eph 6 :10-15) teaching these ME centered ideologies and not stand up for righteousness like We should be doing. We are well fed and we should be "SENT OUT" as our name (Christian=called out ones) basically is another definition to remember. We are missionaries to the World as God's ambassadors. We are to Lovingly warn and make disciples. And what are we doing?

Teachers, pastors facing 'criminalization of homophobia'

Christians will face prison for speaking out against homosexuality if Brazil's Senate passes a bill approved unanimously by its House of Representatives.
The measure is considered the country's newest attempt to promote homosexuality, disguised as an act to combat discrimination, the Catholic News Agency (CNA) reports.
If anyone prevents actions of "homosexual affection" in public or private locations open to the public, they could face up to five years in prison for doing so, the Association of the Defense of Life (ADL) reports.
The bill also seeks to penalize private and public school administrators with up to three years in prison if they refuse to hire openly "gay" teachers.
According to the CNA, the measure will force prison time for any "moral, ethical, philosophical or psychological expression that questions homosexual practices."
The ADL claims the bill could spell disaster for churches and teachers.
"[A] priest, a pastor, a teacher or even an average citizen who says in a sermon, a classroom or public conversation that homosexual acts are sinful, disordered or an illness could be denounced and detained," the association said.
Only weeks ago, WND reported the president of Brazil said "opposing" homosexuality makes you a sick person, and he believes such thoughts need to be criminalized.
Brazilian chief Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, who won a narrow re-election following a cash-for-votes scandals, held the First National Conference of Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals, Transvestites and Transsexuals to condemn the biblical belief that homosexuality is wrong.
Lula, on June 5, not only officially opened the event to promote homosexuality across his nation but also issued a presidential sanction for the conference.
Calling for "the criminalization of homophobia," he said opposition to homosexuality is "perhaps the most perverse disease impregnated in the human head."
He said "prejudiced" people need to "open their minds and clean them." Other speakers encouraged homosexuals to claim to be part of a civil rights campaign that already has brought reforms for treatment of blacks, the elderly and the disabled. Washington Post tells kids homosexuality is fine

Throwing aside even a pretense of fairness, The Washington Post openly promoted homosexuality to teens in a front page article on Monday about a 15-year-old boy "coming out" to embrace his "gay identity." The Post included a video about the boy, Saro Harvey.

Post reporter Theresa Vargas's article, "Owning His Gay Identity – at 15 Years Old," was an entirely one-sided advertisement for more school "anti-bullying" policies, which often evolve into pro-homosexual re-education campaigns.

Vargas chose to cite two pro-homosexual organizations GLSEN (Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network) and PFLAG (Parents and Friends of Lesbians and Gays). She failed, however, to include any statements from experts who oppose the encouragement of homosexuality among the young. She also ignored the many recent alarming health reports about soaring sexually transmitted infections, including HIV/AIDS, among young gay men.

Vargas pulled out all the stops, even repeating the gay-activist-created myth that Wyoming college student Matthew Shepard "was killed for being gay." Shepard, as revealed in an ABC News investigation on 20/20 on Nov. 26, 2004, was tied to a fence and left to die after a drug deal turned into a robbery in 1998. The assailants, who were convicted of murder and given life terms, picked out Shepard not to make a savage point about hating gays but because he was carrying cash and looked like an easy mark. Nonetheless, the media have continued to follow the "killed for being gay" script written for them by homosexual activists who flooded into Wyoming and made Matthew the martyr for their cause.

Vargas also cited the case of Lawrence "Larry" King, an Oxnard, Calif. eighth-grader, who "wore purple eye shadow and high heel boots." Despite the existence of anti-bullying policies that include "sexual orientation," King was shot on Feb. 12, 2008, by a boy who had been taunted by other teens because Larry had openly flirted with him and asked him to be his valentine. Vargas notes that: "The 14-year-old that [Larry] had considered a possible valentine is charged with his death."

The Washington Post article leaves the impression that Saro Harvey was born gay/trans and that anyone who suggests otherwise is a candidate for a re-education session in one of the "diversity and tolerance" clinics that often accompany anti-bullying programs. The article does quote Saro's father, James Harvey, who Vargas says "struggles to grasp what 'triggered' Saro's interest in the same sex. Had his son been molested? He questioned. Could this be just a phase?"

Vargas does not inquire any further into the possible origins of Saro's same-sex attractions nor examine the boy's relationship with his father.

School students attending a youth leadership conference have been scolded by armed security officers in the California Capitol in Sacramento for singing the "Star-Spangled Banner" and "God Bless America" in the rotunda, according to organizers of the conference.

"The patriotic expression was apparently so egregious that state troopers were called in to the rotunda to rebuke the students," a statement from The Capitol Resource Institute said today.

"This was a ghastly overreaction to some students expressing their patriotism in the seat of government," said Karen England, executive director of CRI, and director of the youth conference. "These young leaders have sacrificed a week of their summer to come learn about our government system and this is the 'welcome' they receive from the government."

Conference organizers said several armed troopers entered the rotunda, accompanied by several capitol sergeants-at-arms, and they confronted conference organizers and students for singing without a permit from the legislature's rules committee.

The 45 students from all across California were in the statehouse as part of their participation in the City on the Hill Youth Leadership Conference. At the intensive study sessions they learn the legislative and political processes.

"After spending the day meeting with lawmakers and their staff, the youth aged 14-18, engaged in a spontaneous expression of passion for their country by singing the national anthem and God Bless America," CRI reported. "Tourists walking through the capitol stopped to listen to the singing and clapped enthusiastically."

A similar expression of patriotism was exhibited by participants in the same conference just two years ago:

Officials said, however, it was a good lesson in liberty for those students, especially the two young participants whose father was held in a Communist prison in Romania and another student who is a Russian immigrant.

"These future leaders have seen first-hand how we are losing our liberties – including simply expressing our patriotism in public," said Meredith Turney, the legislative liaison for CRI Impact and a graduate of City on the Hill.

"I am deeply saddened by the treatment these young patriots received at our state capitol," she said.

In comments published on FlashReport, she elaborated: "A few years ago the students started the tradition of singing our national anthem in the rotunda at the end of the mock legislative session. While they were at the capitol today, the students wanted a practice run before their legislative session on the Assembly and Senate floors this Saturday. One student suggested singing God Bless America as well as the national anthem, and the other students enthusiastically agreed.

"Just moments after the students finished their impromptu patriotic expression, no less than four CHP officers descended upon the rotunda, along with two sergeant-at-arms. They confronted our staff and demanded to know why our students were singing in the rotunda without a permit from the rules committee. Apparently in the five minutes it took to sing the two patriotic songs, someone had called security and complained," she wrote.

"The City on the Hill students were absolutely shocked … Why would their elected officials send armed guards to stop them from expressing such love for their country? And why do citizens need a permit to sing patriotic songs in their public buildings?" she said.

The young leaders, however, were undeterred. They asked for and received a government "permit" to sing the national anthem in the capitol rotunda tomorrow at 1:15 p.m. and are inviting friends and family to join them.

"City on the Hill students are extremely grateful to Assemblyman Doug LaMalfa and his outstanding staff for obtaining the last-minute permits we need to exercise our 'freedom' in the place where freedom should be most fervently guarded," Turney said.

Now this seems like a harsh title for to start a commentary but sometimes speculative truth needs an extra kick in the mind to those who seem to continue to stay asleep. But since when is it a crime to actually sing our forefathers etc. words of national sovereignty and original intent. It is amazing that this article is even news. Evidence from all over the place in America is showing its tyrannical colors. Look what we have done American citizen of California and the rest of the nation. We become so selfish in our own lives these lawmaking immoralist's have invaded our Constitutional Rights and State Constitutional Rights with their anti science Evolution Religions, Sexually Immoral legislations, Communistic idealism's, human population abortions of the unborn and the elderly, anti American legislations twisting the Constitutions etc etc. And it shows by taking ill lawful actions against Students from City on the Hill camp singing the national anthem etc etc??? I always sometimes wonder if I come up with to much speculation about my opinions that the US Constitution has been suspended since 1933 following the information that I research whether it be a conspiracy theory or just plain obvious theoretical facts that seem to add up. Now I still personally also believe that the US Constitution is void because of what history has shown us in the 20th and the 21st centuries to all the obvious illegal activity that has the culprits laughing in our faces all the way to the bank so to speak. We have the illegal IRS, the tyranny of the Federal Reserve, Judges that think they are above the law, Politicians in public offices never giving any other citizen a true chance unless you are part of their elite or cliche', Same sex marriage continuously forcing itself as Constitutional, Child Protective Services criminalizing innocent with the guilty, Guilty until proven innocent such as confining suspects before they are presumed guilty, Those trying to ban Gun rights, free speech controlled, media bias, Elected US Government Officials who do illegal activities never punished truly.

How about the PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES VOTING IN THE LAWS OF THIS LAND ABOVE THE LAWMAKERS WITHOUT WORRY SOMEONE ILLEGALLY FIXES THE VOTES TO GO TO THEIR IMMORAL FAVOR? ILLEGALLY FORCED NOT VOLUNTEERED TAXATION such as Property taxes , Income taxes, illegal sales taxes, allowing the Privatization Financial institutions gamble the money away in stocks and bonds and whatever else controls the legal black markets. I have just finished reading an eye-opening new book called "Who Killed the Constitution?" by Thomas E. Woods Jr. and Kevin R.C. Gutzman.

It is both sobering and frightening.

The title is not a rhetorical question. The authors provide the answer – in chapter after chapter of horrendous horror stories revealing government abuses of the very document that empowers them.

It should be required reading in every high school and college in America. But, of course, it won't be.

If you want to learn how a government strictly limited in its powers has devolved into a government refrained by little more than what it can get away with, you need to read this book. And while I have little hope it will be embraced by our educational establishment, I have every hope that WND readers will.

I will be writing more about the substance of the historical attacks on the Constitution discussed in this important book in the coming weeks. But, for now, I want to address the authors' alarming conclusion.

It is quite simple: "The Constitution is dead."

You might expect such a book to conclude with an upbeat message about how the oldest and best governing document in the world might be revived.

Instead, the authors leave us with this possibility: "But what if there is no solution? What if the experiment with a written federal constitution has proven to be a failure?"

I had recognized years ago the ways the Constitution had been subverted and undermined intentionally by those in government who sought to increase their own power illegitimately. I wrote about this in my own book, "Taking America Back," in which I offered my own prescription for returning our country to its roots of limited constitutional government.

I'm still faintly optimistic that can happen – if the American people awaken to the reality of how they have been sold down the river, robbed of their heritage of self-government, ripped off of their covenant with liberty.

What I never considered before was the possibility that constitutions that limit power grabs might be destined to fail precisely because of those limitations on something that cannot be limited.

"It is perhaps jarring to consider the possibility that constitutions are destined to fail," the authors write. "After all, we are indoctrinated from early childhood with the idea that the Constitution is the font of our liberties – even though Americans were free before it was written. And it is to the U.S. Constitution that every government official still swears his fidelity. But when we look beyond the grand rhetoric to the actual record, we must confront a troubling conclusion: Once an institution obtains supreme force, it is probably utopian to expect its powers to remain limited over time – especially when the one thing doing the limiting is a document that is interpreted and enforced by the very institution it is supposed to refrain."

So what is left? What do we as a people have for a foundation of liberty? How can we restrain government from rolling over our rights?

The answer from the authors is essentially the same answer I came up with when I began researching my own book: It's really up to the American people.

The Founding Fathers understood the Constitution was only a document capable of serving a people equipped for self-government – meaning a moral people, a people who could distinguish between right and wrong, a people who held themselves accountable not just to the force of government but to a sovereign and almighty God.

Whether we remain such a people is in doubt today.

Whether we can become such a people again is in doubt today.

But whether God calls us to be such a people today is not in doubt.

Read this book.

Awaken to the way our heritage of freedom has been betrayed.

And decide if you are willing to sacrifice – the way our founders sacrificed – to leave your children and grandchildren one nation under God, with liberty and justice for all.

American Christians shouldn't neglect voting at all, there is no excuse.

Romans 13:1

1LET EVERY person be loyally subject to the governing (civil) authorities. For there is no authority except from God [by His permission, His sanction], and those that exist do so by God's appointment.




It is a wonder to myself that I hear and witness that some American Christian's do not go out and vote and do their civic duties in a society they live in. Some use the excuse that they are not of this world but since God is Sovereign doesn't HE still want you to participate in this society being an ample steward of our society while you are still here to contribute righteousness to society? It seems above in the verse Paul wrote above that this is pretty clear to care for society as a good steward to bring the glory to GOD to society by doing your civic duty. Voting is a privilege and it should be never neglected ever. While we still have this Blessed Freedom to vote, it is amazing to myself that many do not go out and take the time to vote. How vain is that? How can we stop our society from turning into a immorally tolerant abomination of desolation if we do not do our civic duty to at least delay God's wrath so many souls of the elect can be drawn to Christ by our Actions? Those that oppose Christ JESUS are working vainly hard in their immoral campaigns and bringing their flocks to the polls and succeeding their immoral causes. Why? because they go out, raise tons of campaign funds, ads etc. and vote regardless. It is no wonder that immorality has it's foothold in society (hence foot hold see Gen. 3:15) because American Christians are being to prideful to take the time to make a stand for righteousness and vote for righteousness when the time comes. Many Christian's continue in this post modern taught pessimistic world view they hold to and this false view tends to justify their neglect to go to the polls which is Scripturally absurd. We may be not of this world but while we are still in this decaying flesh still living, we must participate in these things to make the fruit of righteousness shine and watch as we do our civic duty God bless the nation that acknowledges HIM in their civic duty which HE approves.

Therefore one must be subject, not only to avoid God's wrath and escape punishment, but also as a matter of principle and for the sake of conscience.

Therefore obey the light of your conscience and make a stand Christian for righteousness by being an American citizen since you live here, obeying the Gospel of the law of Christ (see John 17) and please do not neglect your civil duties to vote. You really have no excuse. Scripture is clear by itself.

Activist: Christians shouldn't neglect voting

A Christian activist in Florida says Republican presidential candidate John McCain must do more to court evangelical voters.

Bill Bunkley -- a legislative consultant with the Florida Baptist Convention -- says the election of Republican Charlie Crist as governor, who has moderate views on many issues, has affected presidential politics in the Sunshine State. For example, he believes many McCain supporters are assuming that conservatives in Florida will back the Republican nominee.

"I've been in touch with the McCain campaign," says Bunkley. "They seem to think that we have nowhere to go, that the only alternative is Obama and his running mate...."

But the activist argues that evangelical voters do have a place to go -- and that place is home. He says if McCain does not think Evangelicals are a significant voting bloc, "...[t]hen Florida will be one of those interesting states come election time...." And he claims that the voter turnout will not be there.

However, Bunkley tells Christians that they should not neglect their duty to vote in the upcoming presidential election. He argues his case by stating that even Jesus told his followers to "render unto Caesar what is Caesar's."

"...[M]y personal conviction is, I believe it is a grave sin for any Christian -- especially when we have men and women, right now, on the battlefields of Iraq, Afghanistan, and many other areas of the world maintaining peace -- ...it is absolutely unacceptable for Christians to say they have an option of not voting," he chides.
