Federal courts have ruled that hard-core pornography is not protected free speech and can be prosecuted.

It is always a blessing when someone steps out in the faith and challenges immorality and calling immorality for what it is plain and clear. The porn industry is one of the sickest forms of human degradation and they have the gall to compare porn with art? This money making perverted industry which once had myself at one time in its claws needs to be truly outlawed just as much as child porn. Where do you think child porn comes from? Yes, as you guessed the Porn Industry. It still amazes me how on earth does the Constitution and the Bill of Rights support such a sick minded industry that is out to keep perverts and molesters in bondage to their bondage? It truly does not because if you truly look at the Constitution it truly was created for a moral society under OUR Creator which also means a "Governed by God" society and this is what truly our fore fathers had in mind except for a few ale drinking drunks and promiscuous immoral women who wanted prostitution legal which caught the eye of some immoral politicians. That is why mostly prostitution was illegal and still is in most states and should never ever be legal. Immorality of all kinds should be outlawed. God took sexual immorality so serious that in the Book of Leviticus they were to be put to death or stoned to death. And God has never changed, for HE is still the same God. That why HE still warns us very Loudly every second;

Revelation 21:8 (Amplified Bible)
But as for the cowards and the ignoble and the contemptible and the cravenly lacking in courage and the cowardly submissive, and as for the unbelieving and faithless, and as for the depraved and defiled with abominations, and as for murderers and the lewd and adulterous and the practicers of magic arts and the idolaters (those who give supreme devotion to anyone or anything other than God) and all liars (those who knowingly convey untruth by word or deed)--[all of these shall have] their part in the lake that blazes with fire and brimstone. This is the second death

The porn industry has continued to produce more rapist, child molestation, sexual predators of all kinds from its continuing industry and as well is one of this countries promoters of Abortion which is truly MURDER and sexually transmitted diseases that have destroyed millions. This industry has proven to be a crime of its own and should be put to death immediately.
Repentance to JESUS is also a Crucial task that needs to be recognized for all those involved with this bondage life ending immorality that leads to the very pit of eternal death of God's hellfire that is so deserved for those who willingly do not repent of this hell deserving behavior. I pray people actually see how God truly is in all HIS beauty and that they see just How satisfying HE truly is to want to flee sexual immorality and enjoy HIM forever.
In conclusion, it is truly an encouraging blessing when we are joined together in the Body, Preaching, standing, and warning our nation to turn from its wickedness and immoral compromises to at least delay God's very judgments that are truly coming upon all that practice immorality of all sorts quickly. May HE delay so more of those HE calls out of worldliness become saved.

Christian attorney pushes for prosecution of hard-core porn
Allie Martin - OneNewsNow - 2/4/2008 6:00:00 AM
Pro-family attorney Pat Trueman says hard-core pornography isn't free speech and should be prosecuted by the U.S. Department of Justice.

Trueman, who is with the Alliance Defense Fund, says it appears President George W. Bush's administration is not making a priority out of prosecuting porn. In fact, Trueman notes that last fall he was part of a group of pro-family leaders who requested a meeting with new Attorney General Michael Mukasey. So far, he says, there has been no reply from the attorney general's office.

"We've got a group of people who are calling the Justice Department, writing letters," says Trueman. "This is an all-out battle to get something done because the pornographers are in an all-out battle [themselves] to capture the hearts and souls of Americans."

The Christian attorney admits he is puzzled why law enforcement officers do not prosecute porn distributors and producers -- but being a former DOJ official himself, he offers this explanation.

"The Justice Department always has a host of issues that they have to work on," he says, "but the reality is the issues that are important to them will get the attention. [So] since the president has refused to meet with anyone on this issue ... won't issue any proclamations on the issue of pornography, [and] has shown no leadership whatsoever, I think the Justice Department feels safe in doing nothing."

According to Trueman, federal courts have ruled that hard-core pornography is not protected free speech and can be prosecuted.
