Weather Channel founder calls emissions trading 'financial fraud'

John Coleman, founder of the Weather Channel, believes that people who sell carbon credits could be committing financial fraud.
In a recent speech delivered in New York, meteorologist Coleman questioned the validity of alleged man-made global warming. He says that the U.N. Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) that was formed in 1982 has since then claimed that uncontrollable global warming is going to melt the ice caps, drive species to extinction, and make the earth uninhabitable.
Coleman disagrees whole-heartedly with the touted effects of global warming on the environment. He contends that the "media has jumped onto the frenzy; every environmentalist on the planet is yelling it; people seem to have adopted it like a religion. But [global warming is] not happening, and it's very clear it's not happening."
During his speech, Coleman also questioned the validity of a so-called "carbon credit" system, in which consumers would offset CO2 emissions by paying a set fee that would allegedly be reinvested into environmentally safe technology.
Again, Coleman has his doubts. He does not believe human-caused global warming, resulting from CO2 emissions, exists. The carbon credits, which are being sold for millions of dollars, "are based on CO2-forcing (as they call it) causing global warming; well, that's not valid. And they've got to know it. And if they know it, and they're selling those carbon credits, aren't they committing financial fraud?"
Despite recent media reports, the founder of the Weather Channel has no plans to sue Al Gore, the former Democratic vice president and noted environmental advocate. According to Coleman, if the global-warming debate went to court and the facts from both sides were argued, his side would win.
"Al Gore refuses to debate us," Coleman says. "The people who are the advocates of global warming say 'the debate is over.'" However, Coleman disagrees. "We know that science is on our side, and we're having trouble getting any attention in the media," Coleman reveals. "So maybe if we got it in the courts, the media would pay attention." Coleman said if his scientists and research studies took the global-warming advocates to court, his side would get a decided victory.

It doesn't really matter what Coleman or anyone else argues on global warming. That debate ended when the Bush administration jumped on board.
Both parties are committed to cutting greenhouse gas emissions and big changes are coming in the next couple years to fight globabl warming.
I agree The special interests and World Corporate Interest along with the government with the tyrannical parties need to have this Religious evolution Global warming scam and made up so called green house gas emissions and the invention of the Carbon credits THEORY, ALL NOT FACT, because it is a well established lucrative scam and has fooled the stupid lazy programmed public for the last forty years to actually pay taxes to a group laughing all the way to the bank. It is the same created rebel that fooled the countless rebels that invented evolution since the fall of mankind into sin thinking himself to be a god. Sheer stupidity.
What a great scam to force feed the public into thinking that all this is real science and that a lie becomes a truth and Most of the public is fooled to pay for PRETEND.
But I disagree in your pessimism that FACT proving by Coleman and 500 Scientist's does not matter and the debate has ended. Not mans will or systematic force can without God's permission go forward without consequence. That is why the Evidence of the truth ALWAYS comes to light and it could NEVER be hidden. The devil or crafty evil man always falls short in there schemes because the Omnipotent Creator only allows Lying to go so far.
So this will go forward to Expose the lies of the Covetous and bring all who were fooled by this creative lie to shame. Basically plain and simple, Global Warming or Global Cooling (see Newsweek magazine article 1971 the same group that cannot make up there greedy minds) is PROVEN a SCAM and not solid truth whatsoever and that is why it is being exposed. As for the government and or immoral political parties, yes God may allow these culprits to do their evil but in the end will be their destruction forever if they do not repent and See the reality Of Christ Jesus the King that Did, is doing, and will do judge all who practice wickedness that despises HIM.
May Christ Jesus THE REALITY be your Savior, not your Judge.
